A 46-year-old man has drowned after he went swimming on the Central Coast yesterday afternoon.
Witnesses saw the man swimming towards a yacht near Masons Parade at Gosford at around 4pm.
Soon after, he was seen unresponsive in the water.
Emergency services arrived and retrieved the man from the water, but he died at the scene.
A Gosford man has drowned in Brisbane Water yesterday.
At around 4pm – The 46-year-old tried swimming out to his yacht – which was moored off Masons Parade Gosford.
A short time later he was seen struggling.
