Plans for a new town centre in Stockton are on the cards, with six sites considered for a shopping centre and medium-density housing.
They’ve been ranked on location, land size and accessibility.
Sites near the Stockton Bridge and Fern Bay are the most preferred, with Newcastle Council voting to put the draft plans up for public exhibition.
