Detective from Strike Force Kiowa have charged a South Grafton man with murder, after a fatal car accident last year.
It’s alleged the 34-year-old man used his Commodore to force another vehicle off the Pacific Highway just south of Grafton, killing two people and leaving another critically injured.
The man was arrested on Wednesday morning, with police also seizing his vehicle and uncovering a loaded firearm.
He’s been refused bail to face Grafton Local Court on Thursday.
