A 24-year-old man has been charged with commercial-level drug supply as a result of a police operation in Nimbin on Friday.
Officers stopped the man outside a café on Cullen Street at around 1 o’clock in the afternoon, with a search uncovering 91 grams of dried mushrooms believed to contain psilocybin, as well as 20 grams of cannabis, and cash.
The man was charged with a number of offences including knowing deal with proceeds of crime.
He’s due back in court later today, having been refused bail.
