A 35-year-old man has died, after a head-on collision at Raymond Terrace last night.
Emergency services were called to Adelaide Street at around 6:30, following reports a southbound Holden had collided with a Toyota four-wheel-drive.
The driver of the Holden was trapped in the wreckage, before being taken to John Hunter Hospital.
He was pronounced dead on arrival.
The 39-year-old driver of the Toyota, and her teenage passenger were treated for shock.
