COFFS CLARENCE POLICE HOST PUBLIC CRIME FORUM
Meanwhile, Council has hosted its first open community meeting to discuss local crime with Coffs Clarence Police.
Acting Superintendent David Waddell says the meeting was an opportunity to share information with members of the public and receive community feedback.
Last night’s meeting looked specifically at issues in Park Beach.
“The main thing was about youth causing concerns in that area so we will try and address that and be a bit more active within that area.”
Of 388 Break and Enters in Coffs Harbour in the year to February 2018, 80 occurred in Park Beach.
