Thousands of people with creative minds are exploring Newcastle over the long weekend for the This Is Not Art festival.
There’s plenty for the writers and artists to see and do, with 23 inner city locations hosting workshops and installations.
The Lock Up Cultural Centre and Honeysuckle’s railway sheds are buzzing with activity.
And if you need a way to get around, a bike library has been set up in Civic Park, where festival goers can borrow a pre-loved bicycle or even have one repaired.
