Mission accomplished for Australia’s Rhiannan Iffland in the Cliff Diving World Series.
After missing the podium for the first time in nine events last round, the 25-year-old has won the latest event in Italy, in front of 50,000 spectators.
“That is why she’s last year’s women’s cliff diving world series champion.”
The Hunter diver now leads the title race by 130 points, heading into round four in Texas in September.
“Since Portugal I’ve worked really hard .. to finish with a dive like that I’m super, super happy.”
