The murder trial of Troy Jason Ruttley is expected to begin in Tamworth’s Supreme Court tomorrow.
Ruttley has pleaded NOT guilty to murdering Tamworth mum, Johann Morgan, who went missing in August 20-15.
Her burnt out car was found west of Tamworth, two days after she disappeared.
Despite extensive searches, her body has never been found.
Ruttley was charged with her murder in 20-15…the trial is expected to run for three weeks.
