53-YEAR-OLD HOSPITALISED AFTER BEING STABBED IN THE NECK
A man has been hospitalised with stab wounds to the neck, after an altercation on the Central Coast.
Around 5:30am today, emergency services responded to reports of a stabbing at a hotel on the Pacific Highway in Wyong.
On arrival, they found a 53-year-old man with a stab wound to his neck as wells as cuts, bruising and swelling to his head.
He was treated at the scene before being taken to hospital for, but he was later released.
A 41-year-old man has since been charged with cause grievous bodily harm to a person with intent to murder.
It’s believed the men are known to each other.
