The mid north coast will be strongly represented at this year’s Under 23 Country Rugby League Championships.
An 18-man East Coast Dolphins squad has been named, consisting of players from Taree through to Grafton.
Coaching staff say the side has been training well and they’ll hit the paddock again in Macksville tomorrow night.
The four week competition is set to get underway this weekend.
