Boolaroo Police Station will close its doors next week, with staff re-locating to the new Toronto base.
The move will take place on Tuesday, with an official opening to take place later this year.
“Final stages of the construction are still underway and an official opening will not take place until later in the year,” said Lake Macquarie Superintendent Brett Greentree.
“However, the doors will open to the public and they’ll be able to contact the station 24/7 on (02) 4088 1099.”
