ENDEAVOUR HILLS TRIUMPHANT IN MICK CURRY MEMORIAL RUGBY SEVENS

All Newcastle District Cricket games were cancelled today due to extreme wether.

The Mick Curry memorial rugby sevens tournament went ahead in searing conditions however, with Endeavour Hills surprising defending champions, Warringah in the final.

Warringah asserted their authority earlier in the day against Sydney rivals Eastern Suburbs.

It wasn’t all one way traffic, Easts finding some tired defenders in the midfield to level the score.
