A 72-year-old man is due to front a Mid North Coast court, accused of committing indecent acts in view of families in Bellingen over the weekend.
Police were called at about 3pm on Saturday, after a number of families witnesses a naked man performing acts at a reserve in Hammond Street.
The man was later arrested and charged with wilful and obscene exposure and behave in offensive manner in a public place.
He’ll face Coffs Harbour Local Court later this month.
