A 75-year-old man has been charged, after he allegedly approached a child at Old Bar.
A 12-year-old boy was waiting for a bus on Molong Road on Monday morning, when the man allegedly asked him to get in his car.
Police say the boy refused and the man insisted, before he eventually left.
He was arrested yesterday and later charged with intimidating a child with intent to cause harm.
The man’s been granted conditional bail and is due to face Taree Local Court on January 16.
