A member of the Tamworth City Bowling Club has celebrated a special milestone today – her 100th birthday.
Amy Garment has been a member of the club for over 50 years, having previously competed at the National Bowls Championships.
“Four of us went to Sydney. We were playing in the Australian Championships. We had a wonderful week that week!”
Her smile and laugh proved infectious today, as more than 50 of her closest friends and family members gathered to celebrate a century they will never forget.
