Two people have died in a head-on collision at Moree near Tamworth this afternoon.
Just after 4.15, emergency services were called to the Newell Highway about three kilometres north of the River Road after two trucks crashed.
It’s believed the two people who died were the drivers.
Police are investigating and motorists are advised to avoid the area.
