A woman has been taken to Lismore Base hospital in a critical condition, following a car and truck crash near Alstonville this afternoon.
Emergency crews were called to the Bruxner Highway around 3:30pm.
The woman had to be freed from the wreckage, while the truck driver is uninjured.
