A cigarette is believed to have sparked a fire which destroyed a home at Windale.
Emergency services got the call just after six this morning, to find the Mulga Street townhouse well alight.
Quick responding fire fighters managed to stop the blaze spreading to adjoining properties.
Thankfully, no-one was injured.
