A new state government program to help better coordinate support for businesses in regional New South Wales, was launched today in Taree.
The High Impact Teams initiative aims to drive business and job growth, with the aged care sector a focus on the Mid North Coast.
“What we want to do is get a head of the curve, partner with industry and those businesses that are in the aged care sector, make sure we’ve got the skilled work force locally, open opportunities for young people to remain in this in this region, and grow the economy of the back of that,” the Minister for Regional Development said.
