CHRISTIE DAWES IN TOP FORM HEADING INTO RIO PARALYMPICS

Hunter wheelchair athlete Christie Dawes is plotting a course for the podium in Rio.
The 36-year-old has broken race records in her last two events, in the build-up to her sixth Paralympics.
