A 17-year-old boy has been charged with robbing a business at Lake Macquarie.
Police allege the teen, as well as another male, entered the business on Oxford Street at Gateshead at about 7.45pm on August 21.
They’re then accused of approaching the cashier with a knife and demanding cash, before taking money and cigarettes from behind the counter.
The 17-year-old was yesterday charged with robbery in company, he’s due to front Children’s Court today.
