Hunter Water has announced its new Managing Director.
Dr Jim Bentley has more than 20-years experience in the infrastructure sector, including 12 years at the United Kingdom’s largest water utility, Thames Water.
For the past decade, he has been living and working at various companies in New Zealand.
Hunter Water Chairman, Terry Lawler, has welcomed Dr Bentley’s appointment and says it’s a win for Hunter residents.
“The Board is confident that Dr Bentley’s experience will assist Hunter Water in delivering its strategic vision to provide safe, reliable and efficient water and wastewater services to our community,” he said.
