Tamworth Regional Council is looking to make itself more accessible to sporting associations, with the creation of a Sports Working Group.
It’ll provide teams who use Council grounds a new line of communication with local government officials, giving the volunteers a specified time to provide feedback.
It’s hoped clubs will also assist in how best to promote sport in Tamworth.
The first meeting is July 19 at the Council Chambers on Peel Street.
