Two woman and a man have been charged after police allegedly found drugs, cash and a replica pistol, during the search of a house at Lake Macquarie.
The women, aged 35 and 33, were arrested in a suspected stolen vehicle, while travelling along Willow Road at Gateshead.
A subsequent search of a house on the same street allegedly uncovered a replica gun, cash and two bags of a crystal substance, believed to be methamphetamine.
A 35-year-old man was arrested at the address and later charged with supplying prohibited drug and possessing a firearm, he’ll’ face court next month.
The women were charged with a range of offences including fraud, and goods in custody and more charges are expected to be laid.
