The son of Labor candidate for Page, Janelle Saffin, has fronted Ballina Local Court today over a number of charges.
Edward Saffin was convicted of driving with an illicit drug present and was disqualified from driving for 12 months.
Two other fail to report matters were adjourned until the 21st of April.
