The draft masterplan for the controversial Iron Gates development at Evans Head will remain on public exhibition for an extra week.
The Department of Planning is seeking community feedback on the 176-lot subdivision.
The development was earmarked for 800 homes in 1997, but the plans were abandoned following an order by the Land and Environment Court.
The draft masterplan will now be on public exhibition until March 7.
