It’s been a disastrous start to the World Superbike Series for Taree’s Josh Hook.
The 23-year-old has been ruled out of the opening round at Philip Island this weekend, after dislocating his shoulder during testing earlier this week.
It was Hook’s first shot at the World Superbike Series, after he signed with the Grillini Kawasaki team late last year.
Round one kicks off tomorrow, with the main event to be held over the weekend.
