A 58-year-old man from Victoria has been charged after allegedly filming people using a public toilet in Tamworth.
Police were called to the facilities near Kable Avenue on Sunday following reports members of the public had confronted the accused, snapping his phone in half.
Police say he was later identified in CCTV images.
He’ll face Tamworth Local Court on January 25.
