A seventh pedestrian crossing has been built across the Newcastle rail line, connecting the two platforms at Civic Station.
While it’s currently still fenced off to the public, a spokesperson for the transport minister says the pedestrian bridge will open in the coming weeks – linking Hunter Street to the museum and Honeysuckle.
