LEADERSHIP CHALLENGE AT MUSWELLBROOK SHIRE COUNCIL

After seven years as Muswellbrook Mayor, Martin Rush will be challenged for the shire’s top job at tonight’s council meeting.

Deputy Mayor Malcolm Ogg could topple Mr Rush, as the council undertakes its annual mayoral election.

Mr Ogg has served on Muswellbrook council for nearly 16 years.
