The Central Coast Cancer Council has launched the 15th instalment of its Relay for Life.
The event will return to Mingara on October 10 and 11, with all money raised to go to local cancer services.
“We are an independent organisation, not for profit obviously, and we do that so we can push the government for change where it is needed. But that does mean we rely on our community to help us with our fundraising and the Central Coast is amazing at that.”
The event is aiming to raise more than $350,000.
