Local girl Ellie Stephens has made history beating 14 other contestants from across the state, to claim the 2015 Sydney Royal Easter Showgirl title.
Awarded the official title yesterday, Ellie is the first North Coast National competitor to ever place in the Sydney Royal Easter show.
The role involves travelling to shows and promoting females in rural communities.
Ellie says she ecstatic to take on the rural female ambassador role, and she’s excited to be able to represent the North Coast at such a high level.
