SALTWATER SEX PREDATOR ON THE RUN

A sex predator who attacked a woman aged in her 30s on the mid north coast this morning, remains on the run.

The attack happened at Saltwater National Park, near Taree, at around 10:45.

Police have called for information from the public.

“Police are asking for anyone who was in the Saltwater Reserve area around 10.30am to make contact with Taree Police or Crime Stopper so that we can get any information that we may desire to respond to this.”

Polair was called in to help with the search, as were sniffer dogs.
