A 43-year-old man has been charged with accessory to murder in the historic disappearance of Wyong man Ronald Penn.
Mr Penn was 61-years-old when he was last seen at his Bateau Bay home in 1995.
Two weeks later his car was found burnt out in bushland at Berkley Vale.
Police yesterday arrested a man in Silverwater, and charged him with offences including stealing and setting fire to a vehicle.
He’ll face Gosford Local Court next week.
