State member for Charlestown Andrew Cornwell and his father, developer Brien Cornwell,
have been called to give evidence at the Independent Commission Against Corruption this week.
The inquiry is investigating allegations prohibited donors contributed to the 2011 state election campaign for the seat of Newcastle.
Newcastle Lord Mayor Jeff McCloy and Hunter developer Hilton Grugeon will also be called.
