WOMENS REFUGE CLOSURE BRINGS PROTEST TO THE STREETS OF LISMORE

Staff at the Lismore Women and Children’s Refuge say the centre’s future is uncertain, after it missed out on a State Government grant.

But during a protest for the centre today, Lismore MP Thomas George assured locals it won’t be closing.
