Saw this story on the TV news and it ripped my heart out…..there are some callous and selfish people out there, I hope they NAME & SHAME them when they catch them……..and thanks to those commenters above which have now restored my faith in humanity….also Amanda, I hope your husband can do this as I know this guy would be very happy to be able to get outside again .
