Port Macquarie-Hastings Council is calling for community feedback on the design of the $1 million pedestrian bridge across Kooloonbung Creek.
The new footbridge will extend from Hollingsworth Street to the opposite car park, improving access to the foreshore.
Several options have been put forward to the Town Centre Master Plan Sub-Committee, with a cable-stay footbridge being the preferred option.
Residents will have the opportunity to meet with council staff at the site from 8am on Wednesday.
