A cunning thief has broken into Taree’s Office Choice store not once, but twice in two nights.
After an unsuccessful attempt to steal the safe on Monday morning, the man returned to the Pulteney Street store just after 1.30am today.
This time he came prepared, bringing his own trolley to wheel the 300-kilogram safe out the front door.
He made way with an undisclosed sum of cash and technology equipment.
Police are investigating the incident.
