25-year-old Candice Eyles has been selected to take part the Rural Achievers Program.
“I was really excited it was a great opportunity to represent regional NSW in the rural achiever program- yer I was really thrilled,” Miss Eyles said.
Miss Eyles will have the chance to go behind the scenes at the 2013 Royal Easter Show in Sydney and take part in various networking events.
“I am hoping just to get to know other young people that are all passionate about agriculture and learn that aspect of the show and sort of bring it back to the Tamworth community,” she said.
The New England North West will be well represented in the program, Miss Eyles will be joined by Gunnedah’s Dwayne Schubert, and Joanna Newton from Armidale.
