Swimmers and surfers can now check if their favourite beaches are open, without leaving home.
Lismore and Ballina councils have jointly launched a new online service called ‘My Beach Info’, just in time for summer.
The tool alerts users to poor conditions, closures and other incidents at popular beaches along the Far North Coast.
