A 52-year-old Moonee Beach tradesman has been charged with committing an act of indecency towards an elderly woman.
Police allege the incident occurred after the man was hired to do work at the 70-year-old’s Woolgoolga home in February.
He’ll reappear at Coffs Harbour Local Court on April 14.
