A group of 26 cyclists left Tamworth this morning headed for Scone as part of this year’s Ride for Sick Kids.
The group began its journey in Moree two days ago and will finish up in Newcastle after an intense 560 kilometre cycle.
It’s all to raise funds for Ronald McDonald house and organisers are hoping to collect more than $200,000.
“It’s incredible to actually ride through the parts of New South Wales that actually use our Ronald McDonald house and when you’re out here and you talk to the community about Ronald McDonald house they know what it really does.”
