THE GREY FERGIE CELEBRATED IN BENDEMEER

It’s an event that celebrates one of agriculture’s longest serving work horses and organisers say this year’s Grey Fergie Muster at Bendemeer was the biggest ever.
“Which started to be made in 1947 and we had quite a lot of those original Fergies here this weekend and I think our official count was about 150.”
The event started back in 2003 – and is held every three years.
This year tractors making the trek from all over the country to take part.
“We had one crew come up from Bendigo in Victoria another huge contingent of tractors from the Toowoomba area, Brisbane right up to the Glasshouse Mountains.”
