The carer who found an injured turtle on Lord Howe Island has visited the Coffs Coast Wildlife Sanctuary for an update on its rehabilitation.
While the reptile will be grounded for months – Deb Thompson used the trip as a recon mission, in a bid to improve facilities on the Island.
