Man charged with traffic and drug offences

A disqualified driver has been charged after he was allegedly found with ice at Bonnells Bay.

Police say the 26 year old did a 360-degree burnout in front of officers on Fishery Point Road early Saturday morning.

A search of his car allegedly uncovered methylamphetamine and a knife. He also allegedly returned a positive roadside drug test.

The 26 year old was charged with five offences including driving while disqualified along with drug supply and possession.

He’s due to face Toronto Local Court today.
