A man has been charged with murder following an investigation into the death of a two-year-old boy in Coffs Harbour in 2022.
Emergency services were called to a Coffs Harbour home in May 2022 following reports the two-year-old had been found unresponsive.
The toddler was taken to Coffs Harbour Health Campus in a critical condition before being airlifted to John Hunter Hospital, but died two days later.
A 38-year-old man was arrested yesterday at Bankstown Police Station following an investigation into the death.
He was today formally refused bail to appear at Coffs Harbour Local Court on November 6.
