More than half of the 3000 tickets available for this year’s Festival of the Sun in Port Macquarie have sold on the opening day.
In its 10th year, organisers are hoping for a sell-out crowd, and are expecting big things from headlining acts Kimbra, Dead Letter Circus and Hermitude.
It’s been a really exciting response to the line up and we’ve had a really good first day of sales, so hopefully we’ll get to ramp things up over the next couple of years as well.”
The festival runs from December 14 to 15, with camping and general admission tickets available online.
