Coffs Harbour’s new council has officially been sworn in … the ceremony held ahead of last night’s first meeting, which was dominated by fierce debate on developing the Jetty Foreshore.
Council ultimately amending the original motion to note the outcome of the community poll – with two councillors lodging a rescission motion this morning.
